We understand that your customer relationships are your company's most valuable asset. When you fulfill orders through NexelPrint:
- Zero NexelPrint Branding: Your parcels ship with custom branded neck labels, custom brand packing slips, and your own brand name on the shipping label (AWB).
- Zero Marketing to End Customers: NexelPrint will never contact, email, market, or promote products to your end-customers under any circumstances.
- Strict Internal Firewalls: Customer shipping addresses and contact numbers are used strictly and solely by automated printing and courier label generation machines.
Information We Collect & How It Is Used
We collect only the information strictly necessary for commercial fulfillment and taxation compliance:
- Merchant Account Data: Your name, brand name, email, phone number, and GSTIN (for B2B ITC tax invoicing).
- Recipient Delivery Data: End-customer recipient name, delivery street address, pincode, and phone number (passed directly to the courier partner for parcel dispatch).
- Payment Information: Processed through RBI-authorized payment gateways (Razorpay/UPI). NexelPrint does not store raw credit/debit card numbers or bank passwords.
Data Security & Encryption Standards
All communication between your browser/API client and NexelPrint servers is secured using 256-bit TLS/SSL encryption. Database records are protected behind isolated VPC firewalls and strict role-based access controls.
Uploaded print artwork files are stored in private secure cloud object storage (S3 buckets) and accessed solely by raster image processors (RIP software) during the printing queue.
